The legislation that relates to Town Planning is complicated and changes regularly. We find that in isolation, lawyers are not the best source of advice when it comes to detailed or complicated planning matters.

We have forged links with some of the top architects and town planners in the region and, through them, we can provide advice on all planning matters ranging from extensions of individual properties to the construction of large urbanisations and golf courses.

We will, in conjunction with these town planners and established lawyers, be holding regular ‘planning clinics’ where general advice on all planning matters can be obtained. By prior appointment, you have the opportunity to talk informally about any planning problems that you may be experiencing.

Present at the clinic will be a lawyer and town planner who will be able to suggest courses of action you might wish to pursue or investigate further. In some cases you may wish to retain the services of these advisers, but this is a ´no obligation’ service, and no charges will apply to the initial meeting.
